It is specially formulated for application on surfaces such as plant and machinery, gates, railings and metal pipes and can be applied to smooth or rusted metal. How To Use: First, give the tin a good shake, pour plenty of oil onto your cloth and wipe the oil onto your furniture, making sure you rub it in well, wipe off any excess. To get the best protection use 3 coats, leaving 4 hours between coats. If you get any oil on yourself, wash it off with warm, soapy water. Over time you’ll see the colour fade, for the best protection it’ll probably need doing every 12 months. Cleaning Up: Wash your cloths in warm, soapy water before throwing them away. Don’t pour any left over oil down the drain or into watercourses. Your local authority may have special ways to get rid of unused products. Coverage: 6m² per Litre. Dry Time: Rainproof in 2 hours, 4 hours between coats.

Rustins Danish Oil contains Tung Oil and other special ingredients which penetrate deep into all types of timber, drying to a hard, durable and water resistant seal. The oil primes, seals and finishes all woods, including oak, teak, mahogany and pine. Rustins Danish Oil does not leave a surface film to chip or scratch. May also be used as a primer before painting and varnishing. Excellent for use on all turned work including wooden handles of kitchen equipment and tops of storage jars. Rustins Danish Oil conforms to Safety of Toys Regulations BS EN 71 Part 3 1995. Conforms to the contact with Food Regulations.
For interior and exterior use. Ideal for tables, chairs, wooden furniture, doors, dado rails, wood panelling, window frames/sills, wooden worktops etc.

Rustin's Knotting is used for sealing knots in wood and on resinous and creosoted timber to prevent bleeding through paint film. It is fast drying and prevents discolouration of paints. Suitable for interior and exterior use. APPLICATION: Prepare the surface by first sanding it smooth before applying liberally over knots and surrounding area. Do not sandpaper knotting once applied. Resinous and creosoted timber should be sealed completely with 2 coats. Knotting should not be used under polyurethane clear varnishes, water based varnishes or water based paints.
