It can be applied to coated plaster surfaces without thinning. On new plaster, thin the first coat with water to manufacturers recommendations.

BEDEC Multi Surface Paint 5L Black
Bedec MSP is a combined primer, undercoat and topcoat, suitable for both interior and exterior use. It dries to a microporous, breathable finish, which is resistant to flaking and cracking.
The water-based formulation is low odour, low in VOCs and environmentally friendly.
Suitable for use on wood, MDF, metals, plastics, tiles, masonry, plaster, UPVC, galvanised steel, aluminium, copper and radiators.

Recoatable in 4-6 hours, diamond eggshell is a tough, durable mid sheen finish for wood and metal also ideal for medium traffic areas such as lounges and bedrooms.
Can be applied over most previously painted surfaces without an undercoat. On new surfaces apply over the top of a suitable primer.
